Meeting/conference spaces can be booked via the Administration Team. At present, the person you contact is Steph or administration.
The “CSO Meeting” calendar is available to view in your calendar or viewed down below, so you are aware of what is on and when. This will allow you to make your plans as well.
On this site you will see an overview of the calendar as well as some procedures, including the housekeeping and emergency evacuation procedure.

The meeting spaces are for use by you and your peers. We ask that you respect the property and clean up after yourselves.
We do ask that the meeting and conference space is returned to the condition you find it in.
All tables should be wiped down, tables and chairs put back together as found and rubbish removed. Windows should be closed once finished and doors left open so peers know the room is not in use anymore. Air conditioning units should also be switched off, as well as lights.
